Ms Renberg was appointed Office Manager in October 2011 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations, management and administration of Critical Metals Ltd and its subsidiary companies Critical Metals Scandinavia AB, Critical Metals Scandinavia AB Filial Finland and Kiruna Iron AB.
Mr. Nordström holds a Masters of Science (Mining Engineering) from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and worked for more than 30 years with LKAB in various capacities including as underground production engineer, open-pit superintendent, global iron ore production and marketing research, general manager LKAB Luleå Ore Harbour and product development and marketing for Minelco AB. Since retirement in 2002 Mr. Nordström has continued to work as a private consultant. He resides in Boden, Sweden.
Simon Hicks is an Associate Director of Future Smart (www.futuresmart.com.au). Simon has spent almost 30 years working in and around the resource sector assisting junior, listed mining companies and in stockbroking. Delivering outcomes in a wide variety of roles including developing and implementing exploration and production strategies and technologies, value-adding through supply chain efficiencies and value chain growth, research and advice on commodity markets, capital raisings and investor relations, communications strategies including digital, promoting industry development and industry policy and strategy, and problem solving. Over the past few years Simon has been focused on promoting to government, academia and media the potential of Western Australia's lithium industry to move further down the value add chain, and cement a place in the battery manufacturing industry beyond just "dig and ship". More recently Simon has been developing a strategic understanding of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Artificial Intelligence in a range of applications. In the biotech space, Simon is similarly pursuing his interest in bioinformatics and genomics.
DR YATENDRA SHARMA
Dr Sharma holds a PhD in Electrochemical Technology from the University of Technology, Graz, Austria. In recognition of his outstanding work in the electrochemical field, Dr Sharma was awarded a PhD with Distinction. Dr Sharma has 44 years of professional experience in senior management roles, in several national and multinational companies, involved in mineral processing and electrochemical technology, including lithium ion batteries. These roles have included General Manager of Sherwood Overseas Co Pty Ltd, Perth, which involved the construction of 200 million unit per annum alkaline battery plant (1989-93), Technical Manager of AgrEvo Pty Ltd (now Bayer CropScience Pty Ltd) (1996-99), Technology and Marketing Advisor to GBT Battery Co Ltd, Malaysia (1999-2001), General Manager of HiTec Energy Limited (now Mesa Minerals Limited) from 2001-2009, General Manager Projects of Galaxy Resources Limited (2009-2012), and independent consultant since 2012 providing project management consultancy services to Neometals, Tata Group India and Pilbara Metals Group on the lithium processing industry and battery industry.
